Just picked up Shrimp & Broccoli for lunch w crab Rangoon...AWESOME! We live 43 miles away, in the area for other business. Food was FRESH, not over cooked like so many other Chinese restaurants. Crab Rangoon was the best we’ve gotten in a lonnng time. CLEAN, pleasant people. We will have to find more reasons to come to Fultondale so we can eat here! THANKS!

Always the best take out! Good service and fast if you call ahead. This is the only place that actually has the BEST crab rangoon !! a hidden gem in Fultondale for sure.
First time trying China 1, I was out in Fultondale. Ordered a Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special, steamed dumplings and fried scallops. They were all good. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be going there again.
This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming here since high school, and now at 38, it’s still my favorite Chinese takeout spot. When I think of comfort food, I think of China 1—it’s even saved in my contacts! The food is always consistently good, and I love that it’s a family-owned business. I’ve watched the owners’ kids grow up, and they’re such hardworking, kind people who truly care about their food and their customers. If you’re looking for a go-to takeout spot, this is the one!
Love this place! I've been coming here for years to get their dumplings(fried and steamed) and egg drop soup. Check em out if you want some affordable Chinese take out with a couple of fortune cookies and the cool rice boxes. They also are on UberEats if you'd prefer it delivered. Some of these reviews don’t pass the vibe check. They have always been nice and the food has been some of the best hole in the wall Chinese around. I have been going here since I was a kid and it’s always delicious.
I’ve been getting take out from this place since I was a senior in Hugh School. C/O 01. They always get my order right & their yum-yum sauce is the best around! I won’t eat Chinese food from anywhere but China One! Thank you!
